I was in need of storage for my vehicle while out of the country. Having noticed that Access Storage accommodates vehicles, I contacted Eden (manager) and the storage process was seamless. Very grateful for all the assistance.
Site manager at the Brandon location was super helpful. Got me into a unit to fit my full sized truck. Makes storing a vehicle easy when leaving the country for work.
The site manager was very knowledgeable and professional. In less than 10 minutes I had my storage unit.
Great storage but the person who runs the place grouchy and unhelpful. It is a safe place to store your stuff but don't expect any service beyond the 1-800 number.
Dropped my motorcycle off for winter storage today. The service / assistance from Eden was next level. Based on my first experience, I would recommend.

Customer service was outstanding. The manager is very helpful. Site was clean and well taken care of.
My grandfather recommended this place when I needed storage. Eden the manager was amazing, he went above and beyond showing me the site and all available options. He had an answer for all of my questions. Customer service like this is not easily found now days. Very impressed.

I have had a great experience working with the manager at the Brandon location he been very very helpful I can’t thank him enough for how he has treated me a really good employee and person thanks again I really appreciate the all the help.

I can't say enough good things about Access Storage and especially the manager Eden! Exceptional service and support, but even more really exceptional kindness. Eden has truly gone above and beyond. The facilities are excellent, but really is the people and service that set this place apart.
I was very impressed with the assitance Michael gave me when I signed up for a storage unit. . He was knowledgable and skilled at explaining the details regarding cost and access etc. As an added bonus Michael was exceptionally pleasant and personable which made for an easy and enjoyable communication .
