Horrible customer service
So...good quality food however, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They blamed me for the packaging failures. Said it was the way I loaded the freezer why the packaging failed. 9 out of 10 "air tight" packages leak when thawing regardless of if it's in the fridge, bowl of water, or on the counter. This means the product will allow air in resulting in freezer burn. They offered to replace the product with packaging failures but are impossible to contact. Also I am very suspect about their business/pricing model. By the time of delivery there is NO WAY to tell what you paid per pound for anything. Sneaky. Regardless of quality product you have to wonder if it really is what they say it is based on their inability to deal with my issues satisfactorily.
