There is a box for auto renewal on the sign-up page. I unchecked the box so that there would be no additional charges drawn. I was paid another $15.00 without my permission after my 3 months of membership expired. I called for reimbursement. The Smart Aleck Rep. said that there is no such choice when signing up. He declined to provide me with a refund. When I told him that I was going to contact the B.B.B., he said, "Do what you have to do!" to several others.
