Pietro & Juanita Avolio dreamt of one day owning their own restaurant where they would be able to share their homemade recipes with the community. Pietro spent much of his time growing up in Pacentro, Italy learning various recipes from his mother and sisters. When they found their way to Covina, he continued to spend countless hours perfecting those homemade sauces, noodles and breads.
