Fantastic experience getting set up with a storage unit here. The staff are great, and the facilities very clean and accessible.

I vacated my two units today and I just wanted to thank Lovepreet for the excellent service. His professionalism is beyond commendable. His understanding and helpful nature makes the experience better. Thank you team Access Storage for having a great member like Lovepreet.

Great customer service from the Store manager. He was ery thoughtful, called me before the move to give me a unit that would suit my needs better. He stayed overtime to walk me through the process and set me up. He explained things well. I highly reccomend.

Lovepreet at Access Storage was absolutely amazing to deal with. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the whole process smooth and stress free. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right unit for my needs and made sure everything was set up properly. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and Lovepreet truly stands out.

New users of this location are leaving a lot of trash everywhere. The storage is good the people using it are not.

The experience was everything my sister who referred me said it would be the only hitch was I understood that the funds I paid on my initial call was for a lock and when my nephew arrived they were charged for a lock again but I will contact the office tomorrow to clear that up
The facility is well lite and units are clean , staff on phones were pleasant and engaging, even when I was telling my dog to sit and be quiet and realized the fellow on the phone would wonder what I meant,
we had a good laugh about it so thank you for the excellent service and will definitely recommend your business to anyone I know needs it!!

The place is clean and has good lighting inside and outside the storage place. The staff answered my questions and explained everything clearly. No issues with hidden fees. I am also grateful that the manager offered a discount on the first twelve weeks. I needed this storage for my father who was ill and needing to sell his home.
I would use this storage place again if needed.

Navpreet is very kind and had a smile on her face, from the beginning to end of our transaction. She was a great help. And got us the perfect storage space/size we needed. Her patience and great customer service is very much appreciated.

I bought bubble wrap. Turns out I didn’t need it. Went back an hour later and they wouldn’t give my money back. “It’s our policy not to give money back”
Nothing written on the receipt and no signs that say anything about not able to return product.

Bolton staff were always helpful with great service and friendly attitudes. Clean and safe facility. Online and telephone service was seamless as well. The only issue was the inability to pay a one off by e-transfer.

Access Storage staff offered the most amazing customer service. From the moment you enter the door, they are so friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Sonia is so helpful and courteous. The place is super clean and they are thorough in their review of documents. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.

We have had a smooth, positive experience with Access Storage so far. We needed to make last minute changes to our booking / unit and Sonia (manager at the Bolton location) was nothing but compassionate, helpful, quick on her toes, and accommodating! WORST EVER experience with this storage unit. First of all on moving into the storage unit NO HELP whatsoever due to the latch being stuck. Had to pay my movers and Uhal extra for the time wasted at the storage unit (2 hours). AFTER we moved our stuff out of unit majority of our belongings were damaged all wet and Moldy our couches + many other things. Called the office Sonia manager was 0 help to provide me the insurance number to claim for my things being damaged. They called me back after two days saying we will take action… why not just inform me on the day and actually listen to my concerns and what had happened? This office and staff working there is ridiculous 0 help and on top that was not told to remove the entire lock off the unit they said they are going to charge me.. Let me know how that makes sense you are charging me when your office has been nothing but troublesome with us for the past 2 months. Never ever go with storage units 0 managerial mannerism 0 absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone in my entire life.

Wife and I have been clients of this location for the last years with two storage units , and we always get excellent service . Today , May 16,2024, I informed Sonya that we wanted to consolidate the two units into one and if she could find us a cheaper unit to rent. She went above and beyond to help me find an alternative unit to meet our needs. I want to thank Sonya for all her hard work and we recommend this location to all.
