We had a great experience working with Reuter Roofing. They were communicative from start to finish, fairly priced, and really took the time to understand what we needed.

What stood out most was how they handled a tricky water entry issue. We weren’t exactly sure where it was coming from, but they thoroughly investigated, kept us informed throughout, and ultimately resolved it. They also shared photos along the way, which made it easy to follow the progress and feel confident in the work being done.

Overall, a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend.

We hired Reuters to do our roof three years ago. We had leaks the first year. They tried to say we needed an electric heating system on our roof. I gave up trying to get them to come back and figure it out after a year and a bit. Finally got another contractor to come and look. Theres no tar paper or ice shield under at all in a lot of places including the bottom 3 foot section where its requires. We now have to have the attic aprayed for mold and have the roof redone.

I needed to have snow/ice removed from my roof. These guys got the job done within hours of me calling them...on a Saturday...at the most competitive price...and they left the ice/snow in a tidy pile...and they were so friendly and fair. Generally speaking, for me it often takes a few tries to find service people I want to continue working with. I'm glad that I've now found my snow/ice removal guy for years to come. Great job, Reuter Roofing!!!

Hired Reuter Roofing to replace our clients roof after a wind storm. The experience was terrible. The workmanship was very poor. Within the first months of the "new roof", our client reported water coming in during a rain normal rains, damaging the drywall ceilings in the home.

Giving a Reuter roofing a chance to review and repair, they claimed that the issue was the shingles hadn't heat set yet, but months later it was still the same issue. We hired another trade to inspect, and re-attended myself to see for myself, my photos shared here, in how poor the installation was, lack of nailing, raking of shingle installation against manufacturers guidelines, very poor flashing, no drip edge installed, and a significant mess left behind on the roof equivalent of buckets of nails and cut offs scattered about plugging up drains.

We satisfied the repair to our important client, by replacing the roof completely, fixed the drywall through out, and offered Cory Reuter the opportunity to repay our exact costs... which he agreed to do, then never responded further ignoring us their client. Many months has passed and Reuter no longer responds simply ignoring their client.

Disappointing that they don't stand behind their word, and that this happened in the first place.

I had a great experience with the company, both in terms of the responsiveness of the owner, Cory, and the precision of the work done by their roof installation team. When I talked to Cory that the roof of my recently purchased house might have some leak, he sent the team within a short amount of time to replace the roof. Also, when I asked the team to do some extra work (like adding a few vents, making them water-tight, and removing plywood that was moldy from underneath), they addressed my needs immediately). Overall, I was really happy with the quality (and also the price) of the work that Reuter Roofing did for me.
