We've ordered delivery from this place several times. It should be pretty quick seeing as we live maybe 10mins away, but no. On a Thursday after noon at 2:30 it took over an hour to deliver a pizza. This has happened to us several times now and when we called to ask about our food (which was supposed to arrive 30mins ago) they are always full of excuses, they never improve and never admit fault. When the delivery guy got here our food was cold because apparently they had to deliver in port dolhousie first and the order wasn't right.I think next time we order from someplace else.
Today we ordered the Mac and Cheese with Bacon, which turned out to be one of our favorites...until today!! The Mac and Cheese was dry and burned on the bottom and the bacon was a miniscule of a half of a piece! What's wrong Pizza Hut!! Why are we getting ripped off, we are hard working and expect at least a good meal. I will never again order anything from this restaurant...disgusting!!
SATURDAY NIGHT WE DECIDED TO BUY PIZZA HUT FROM THE PIZZA HUT ON GLENDALE IN ST. CATHARINES. MY HUSBAND WAS VERY HUNGRY AND HE BOUGHT 2 LASAGNAS, A PIZZA, 2 PACKS OF WINGS AND SOME WEDGES. tHE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH SOME BREAD STICKS. wHEN THE ORDER CAME IT COST HIM $80. IT WAS A GOOD SIZED ORDER. WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THIS WAS HE GAVE THE GUY THAT DELIVERED A $10 TIP AS WELL.
tHEN HE NOTICED HE WAS MISSING HIS BREAD. HE GOT UPSET AND PHONED TO ASK IF HE COULD GET HIS BREAD. tHIS STORE SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY AND COULDN'T BRING IT TO HIM FOR AT LEAST AND HOUR AND A HALF. THEY NEVER DID BRING IT.
THIS WOULD JUST BE ONE OF THOSE, OK, AGAIN RIPPED OFF, BUT IT HAPPENS TO HIM FOR SOME REASON ALL OF THE TIME AT WENDY'S AND SO I AM VERY FRUSTRATED. WE WORK VERY HARD FOR OUR MONEY AND HE GIVES GOOD TIPS BECAUSE HE ALSO IS IN THE IDUSTRY TO MAKE TIPS AND HE ALWAYS GOES OUT OF HIS WAY FOR HIS CLIENTELLE.
SO, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE A STORE HONOURING THEIR COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER AND MAKING SURE THAT THE ORDER IS RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING AND THEN NOBODY NEEDS TO BE UPSET.
