Chicken Delight

orderd one large pizza for pick on phone, when i arived 20 minutes later, i still waited nearly 40 minutes more!, one poor girl working all alone trying to answer phone,make all the orders and every thing all by her self! last time i ever go their!

I called in an order 4/22/2011 at 4.20 p.m. I wanted a 6 piece order of 3 Wings and 3Legs and a small coleslaw. I repeated my order twice but when my husband picked it up the order consisted of 1 leg and 5 thighs. There was so much coating on them that until we took them apart it was hard to tell what was what.Also included in the order was a large box of Fries and gravy which we did not order and were not charged for . When I called to complain about it I was told that because of the coating on them I couldn`t tell the difference.Well I think I do know what a wing and a leg looks like . When I asked them to come and pick up the order and bring me what I had previously ordered , I was told they can`t do that .They did apologise but that was no help. We used to order from your Corydon Loc. which has now closed down and we have also had chicken from your Pembina outlet,neither one has the huge amount of coating on their Chicken as the Portage ave. outlet.Perhaps this outlet should be given a lesson as to how cook their Chicken to the proper standard so that they can tell a leg from a thigh.

Waited over 2 hours for my delivery, food was ice cold soft and soggy. last time i order from them!

Been going their for many years,but service has dropt Big time! walked in yesterday,wanted paty special,but their was only one poor guy rushing around all alone, he told me it will be 30 minute wait! dont blame poor guy as he was working all alone, and it was 6pm, and busy!.... And this is meant to be fast food? Well ill never be going their again!!

very slow service,one one person works all alone even over dinner time! be prepared to wait!

This place has the best chicken around. It is consistently moist & flavourful, would recommend it to anyone.
