Décors Véronneau

I have purchased couple of plants for our patio from the Veronneau store located on Le Corbusier street in Laval. We have asked the service clerk whether these plants can be used outside. She has confirmed more than once that these plants can withstand exterior conditions and are guaranteed for 2 years. One of the plants discolored after 3 months. I have called and explained what happened and asked to refund or replace the plant. The store manager said that because in the invoice it does not say that the plant is resistant to outside therefore they can not refund or replace the plant. She offered a 30% off on the next purchase. Basically, the representative mislead me in buying the wrong plant and the store will not even replace it. It seems that they don't accept a return or replacement even if they mislead into buying the wrong product. I will not buy from Veronneau again.
