My Mom placed order from Poland for flowers for my SPECIAL day . Delivery yesterday was very important to her and to me . It is what she paid for ! I saw the delivery man walking in and out of the building ... Today morning they called me to ask of address . I saw him calling somebody yesterday while leaving the building , why couldn't he do it yesterday ? I am very disappointed . It was such a spoiler ... and I didn't hear any ' We are sorry"... such a professionalism !
Address mistake was made in florist shop , there is no way Mom would add two zeros to apt. nr !!!.
