I ordered SUNFLOWERS online and specifically sunflowers for a reason and that's what I wanted and they substituted and gave me GERBERA DAISIES instead delivered without even asking me(or I would have cancelled the order) and it was a measly 5 flowers for 60$! I could get that at Wal-Mart for 10$ and demanded a refund but they ignored my repeated requests. DO NOT deal with them, they will rip you off! What I received looked NOTHING like the photo on the website and was NOT what I had wanted, ordered, or expected. The photo of the sunflowers is what they advertised and I thought I was getting. The other photo is what I actually got.

I called LLOTTIE JONES FLORIST and told them I was going to be making an order via: Internet
& they HID the fact that my order would be going through a call center and that the call center
Takes a percentage off the $107.00 that the order came to. The flowers that they delivered
Were sparse with hardly any flowers in it and looked nothing like the picture that was online.
I called to tell them this and she was rude to me and said what do you want me to do go and pick them up. That was the owner that spoke to me like this. This store is in a Trenton Ontario.
