If it were possible for a florist to earn 0 stars, this would be our rating of our one and only experience in doing business with Brunet Florist. On the day we became proud grand parents of our first granddaughter, we decided to send an appropriate "She's Lovely" bouquet. As one would expect with such a named bouquet, the photo offered for this arrangement was made up of two hues of pink, high quality flowers, perfect to celebrate the birth of any little baby girl. It was expensive and the photo reflected this extravagance. Very unfortunately, what was delivered was an arrangement anyone could have picked up at any Walmart or Food Basics flower pail. Informed of our disappointment, Brunet Florist argued with us that somehow a pink basket sufficed in being similar to the provided photo online. Brunet told us that they used what they had available, low-budget flowers, not one pink, and did not think it necessary to share this information with us before delivering them. She referred to a substitution policy which allowed her to send whatever she wanted to send. She offered us a refund ONLY if we would humiliate ourselves in having a delivery person pick up her disappointment from the new parents. We choose to hang onto our pride and therefore, Brunet refused any compensation to us. We have today arranged for what we had originally purchased to be sent but this time from a REPUTABLE florist. This business is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and our advise to you is to remember this review before spending your hard earned money with Brunet Florist. They currently have a 1.0 rating with Yelp but it should be lower still.

Purchased flowers for my wedding to make wrist corsages and crowns. The flowers were not fresh - very disappointed. Ordered them 3 months in advance. They knew it was for wedding and they had plenty of time to get fresh flowers. Will not be purchasing flowers from them again!
