We recently had RCC do some work to the side of our house. It was a 7ft stretch that needed to be dug up from the outside and properly sealed with some new weepers added, as we had been having a bit of leaking.
Right from the initial call to them they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. The quote came in much less than we had expected.
We dealt with Justin and Anthony who both stayed in touch as we lead up to the date the work was to be completed. The workers, who dug it out by hand, were also very professional, knowledgeable and quick at getting the job done. They reassured me that if we had any issues to call them back and they would take care of it. It's been a few weeks and don't for see any problems.
I would 100% recommend RCC to anyone and will not hesitate to call them again if we have any issues in our new home. Thanks again guys, great job.

A month late and basement leaked the next day

We were quoted by Mike $2000 + HST to fix our crack and were told that the process would require digging 6+ feet and would take most of a day. We were uncertain if we should move forward with RCC and had a competitor come and quote the job. After receiving a cheaper quote from the competitor, RCC did reduce their price $200 to match and we decided to move forward with them.

However when the work begin it was determined that the solution would only require 3 feet of digging and took only about 2 hours. When we discussed our concerns with the staff of RCC we were given a $200 discount which we feel unsatisfied with.

We believe that our job was misquoted, as the experienced sale rep failed to take into account the fact that we live in a back-split and that this issue might be on one of the shorter underground walls.

We are disappointed that this family run business required us pay the same amount of money as a homeowner who requires 6+ feet of digging and 8 hours to complete. It doesn't make sense.

It is a hard pill to swallow to pay $1600 + HST for two hours of labour. It is our hope that they did in fact solve the problem and will honour their life time warranty if there are issues.

Also please note that Mike insisted that $1600 is the lowest RCC would quote for any job that requires digging. I would highly encourage you to get multiple quotes and ask RCC to match. I would also be very clear with regards to confirming what happens if the crack in the foundation stops halfway down the wall like it did for us.

I felt heard and respected by the sales rep and the crew was very kind.

Whenever it rained water seemed to always infiltrate our basement. I called RCC and voiced my concerns and set up an evaluation. They really knew their stuff and helped to explain what the issue was to me. They did a good job fixing it up and didn't leave behind a mess. Keep it up

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to RCC Waterproofing and all of the employees who worked on our home and helped to solve our persisting leak issues. We had been struggling to fix the infiltration of water in our basement following heavy rainfall for several months but no difference was made until we called RCC. They did a great job and since they finished up here, June of last year, we have experienced NO WATER coming into the basement! The guys from Rcc did a great job waterproofing some problematic areas of my home's exterior. They were quick, clean and very polite. My overall, experience with RCC waterproofing was pleasant and if issues should arise again I will most certainly be contacting them for their great service once again.

My husband and I noticed a basement leak near our basement window last summer and we decided to get some waterproofing done to solve the issue; the sales consultant was very quick to get back to us and the crew knew what they were doing and did the job quick and efficiently. I can't comment on their work yet ... because it has been delayed again. Received a quote late February, was told the work would be done mid-April. Didn't hear anything by end of April so I had to chase after them to get an answer. It's now the beginning of June, the work has been delayed twice again, most recently this morning when the work was supposed to finally begin. I hope their workmanship makes up for this.

They have a deep knowledge of waterproofing

Rcc was really great throughout the whole process of getting a problematic area of my basement waterproofed. The call center staff were helpful and got me in touch with the sales person who was very friendly and knowledgeable.The crew that completed the waterproofing left the yard in great shape and cleaned up the surrounding areas that got dirty as well. I used RCC last year to resolve the persistent water issues I was experiencing in the basement.They were great to deal with, left the areas they worked in clean and were reasonably priced.

A few years ago, there was some water issues in my basement and I had RCC come out and excavate 2 areas in my home. They waterproofed and completed the work well; that since then there has been no problems. This year we had some more issues on the other side of the house. I knew I could trust RCC with doing the work, so I called Jamie to help assess the work again. They came back and did the whole back side of my home. I know my basement is safe and the work is guaranteed.
