We purchased our "installed" hardwood flooring from Marquis last year. After the floor was installed we noticed splinters on the edges. Since then its gotten worse and they will not do anything about it other than not returning calls. We have decided to take legal action but it would have been much better just to drive on by them. No wonder the builders don't buy from them....
