I had been researching how to correctly vent my attic space for a year and knew exactly what I wanted. they came and they were happy to do it to my specifications but also offered some alternatives which I took advantage of and greatly improved the look and venting of my roof. they walked me through every step from tear off to tiny finish details and ended every conversation or phone call with, "Do you have any questions?" I needed a massive amount of wood replacement due to termite and water damage and his carpenters they were incredible. they suggested that since they were replacing so many rafter tails, why not replace a few more and change the roof line of the house and eliminate the tacky awning I had on the second floor deck. I didn't expect a workman to come up with new design details to improve the look of my house or to take the effort to mitre all the soffit corners instead of just overlapping them. Hats off to the crew.
