When 1st going into the store we met a salesman Clark, he was knowledgeable and helped us decide on a carpet we would be happy with. This carpet was being laid into a RV, they have their own people who they call for estimates and install and that is who we went with. We had a installer/estimate person come over (Terry) he gave us the cost to install, we agreed and set up a date for him to come with the carpet and install. Up till now all has gone well, he has installed the carpet in a decent amount of time. We asked Terry to take a look at the bedroom and give us a estimate for that as well using the same carpet. About three weeks later we call the store and talked to Clark, Terry had not come back to give us a estimate yet. Clark said he would call Terry and get it done right away. Two weeks after that we went back into the store and talked face to face with Clark that Terry had not been over yet and informed him as well as showed him pictures that there are lines going through the living room carpet/the new carpet, he seemed sincere that this was not right and he would have Terry come take a look right away. It has now been another two weeks since that meeting, Terry did finally call yesterday just to inform us that it was Clarks job or management of End of the Roll to come take a look. Terry said he was going to call the store and talk to Clark so here we are waiting again....nWhy such good customer service at the start and to say the least NO Customer Service now? even wanting to spend more money on carpet and install, NO Customer ServicenNow with lines in the carpet, no care or concern from the company????nI want my carpet fixed or replaced then I will never deal with this company again.
