Nu-Way Floor Fashions Ltd

My wife and I had visited their business on a number of occasions and, after finding the right floor type, arranged to have one of their consultants come out to the house to take measurements. The fellow seemed like he hated life or something. Argue about the time of day. Upon leaving, he assured me that the estimate would be there in the next 7 days. ( Who ever heard of an estimate taking 7 days...?) Anyway, 9 days went by, and I heard nothing, so I went to their show room to see if it was there ready for me to pick up. At the same time I dropped off two samples that we had taken out , just two days before. I asked the attending receptionist to relay on to Lindsay...to have her send me the estimate. They were provided with all my information. I have never heard a word from them, despite leaving emails and so forth. I noticed while I was in there store, that there were no customers and very few parked cars in the lot. Perhaps they are closing their business down. Anyway; I'm done with them. It seems like they could care less about follow up. I mentioned to the girl in front, about how poor I thought that their follow up was; and it didn't seem to phase her any.
