Tile layer was a professionally trained expert with a good eye for design. He ( Roland) did an excellent job. Work was completed on the dates we requested and after the work was done the clean up was superb. A good selection of quality tiles to choose from at the retail location. This is our second contract with Bijan ‘s Western Flooring. We had extensive hardwood done quite a few years ago and it is still perfect today. That is why we returned.
They are very friendly and we went there several times until we purchased the hardwood that we liked and everytime they treated us very friendly. They provided free estimation and re-estimation according to our requirements.
They also inspected our home and gave us good advices for free.
We almost checked all available prices in Calgary and Bijan's western flooring prices was the best price for hardwood flooring.
We definitely recommend them.

I do not know, why he is like that. I do believe he has sociological problem. he is selling just garbage and so rude.
DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. he can not stay more because of his attitude. NO Customer service. friendly recommending stay away. do not even go in.

Bijan's Western Flooring is surely the best flooring company in the city! He gave me a great deal for his wood, he was very kind and helped a lot, I would definently recommend Bijan's Western Flooring!
i got an excellent price for my hardwood. the service was great.the sales person was very professional. they did an excellent job. they finis it on time. i sales person was very nice and polite. i would recommend bijan's western flooring to everybody.
To this date, I have nothing negative worth mentioning, but can honestly say that Im glad I switched from my old suppliers because, since we been using bijans weve been on time and on budget. thanks for helping sell my houses.
Im suprised to hear bad reviews from bijan. Ive been building custom homes in the calgary area for over 15 years. and have been using bijan for over 8 years. hes a very nice guy.

This definately is a perfect example of how a business should not be run.
They sold us a product which didn't even exist. We only found out when we went to pick up the order directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.
He does NOT care about customer service but all he cares about is selling you the product.
When we went back to refund the non-existent item (which he should have checked before he decided to sell it to the customer), we saw another customer who was yelling her lungs out at him and soon after the hardwood floor installer came in all fumed up too.
We do not recommend this place.
I gave it half a star because it is required to fill something in in order to post the review up.
If I had a choice I'll give it none.

Our line of pre finished plank flooring can be ordered in 5” and 3-5/8” widths. The lengths of the boards are random for the pleasing and free flowing look you expect.
