Product # on order matched that ordered.
Came home from work, all the previous flooring was pulled up, and they were amidst installing the wrong hardwood.
Proposed solution? Wait 2 weeks for the correct flooring to (hopefully) come in.
They didn't even put the furniture back so we could sit down on our no-finish floor.
(Why isn't there a zero-star rating option available here?)
