The firm is located in Decatur, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, with a satellite office located in Morristown, New Jersey. The firm was founded in 1994 when Roger W. Orlando, having practiced for a number of years at a large insurance defense firm, created a partnership in order to represent and serve individuals who sustained injuries as a result of the negligence of others.
