Van Dyke Art Gallery is an art gallery located in Nantucket, Massachusetts. "I know 'I am.' It is the "who I am," that continues to evolve. Having come from a very modest background, I believe my expectations for 'who I would be,' were fairly limited. I did follow the dictates of the times, work hard, get an education. Having retired several years ago after 51 years in business with some modicum of success, I sought new challenges, one of which was to pursue something that has long been of interest. From business to the art world, as a "wannabe" painter, my new passion, some might say obsession. Having moved to Nantucket full time several years ago, I am delighted to now be a part of its very significant art community."
