This Company put new windows and sliders throughout my home. Claiming there liftetime warranty was the best in the business. A few years after the job I had a bathroom double hinge window go bad, wouldn’t stay open. Jr said they would get right on it,(Amy and Mike) 7 weeks later I’m still trying to get the repair done.

This is my third time using J.R. Door & Window once at my primary home and another property.
I’m remodeling my bathroom and had to change out my window to accommodate my new bathroom design.
Why am I a repeated customer with J.R. Door & Window. It’s the highest quality of windows, the installers perfectionism and the customer service of their staff.
I live on a busy street with lots of traffic. All my windows keep the noise out, upheld all the strong winds and rain storms we had early this year.

Will and Mitchell are experienced, and skilled. They are efficient and methodical window installers. They cleaned up the area both inside and out. I kept my existing window. They wrapped it securely and moved it to safe area.

This place is absolutely amazing… the installers showed exactly when we were told, work was very quick and efficient. Plus the windows look amazing. One window came in wrong size, but Steve our rep took care of us made sure it came in just a few days, an installer came and it was installed in 35 minutes. I strongly recommend you use these guys for your windows, very fair pricing, and very excellent work.

We have needed new front doors for the past 13 years. Since it was a daunting task, we kept putting it off until the doors became an embarrassment. Luckily, we found J.R. Door and Window in a Google search, and thought we’d go out for a visit. Sean was able to show us numerous options for our door size as well as various colors, textures, and lock options. Jeff came out to measure and answer questions, then Sean ordered the doors. The doors arrived ahead of schedule and were installed the following week. Danny & Jerry arrived on time and were able to install everything in one day. The doors were installed perfectly needing no additional touch-up of any kind. Danny & Jerry were professional, courteous, and cleaned up before they left, taking all trash with them. We liked the fact the J.R. Door and Window uses their own installers, not subcontractors. Thank you to everyone at J.R. Door and Window for making this a pleasant experience. We plan on using them again when we replace our windows and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I live in a gated community with strict standards for everything and needed to replace my (double) front doors. I searched and searched for a vendor. A friend recommended JR Door & Window and assured me they would give me a fair price... my quotes were ranging from $1500-12,000!

Steven drove all the way to Long Beach to help me. He provided great advice, worked tirelessly through all of my HOA's unknowns -- wood vs. fiberglass? timely frame or not? specific handles - with custom inside and outside colors. My god, this was not an easy project. And Steven was kind, compassionate and thorough every step of the way. I am now referring anybody else in my community to him and using my door as the new standard.

We had 2 windows and 1 front door installed and we love them all! The installers were nice and professional, and so was George in sales. The windows needed a lot of extra trim to look great and they did just that. They made them look so nice, they match the rest of our house perfectly. And I'm absolutely in love with our front door, we've received many compliments!

Let's start from the customer service. They are excellent from the front desk to the installer. They are honest with everything that you ask and they give you the right information.

Price -wise it's the best. Home Depot quoted me double the price for the same brand.

Quality of the products and installation is high, and that's coming from an OCD person that has to have everything perfect.

And they are On-Time too!!!!

What else you could ask more than that? I'm so glad that I stop by this shop.

Ask for Steve - he is THE MAN!!!
