STOP! and rethink your options...although the box itself was great and delivery plus drivers were also great . The company tends to over book or improperly book appointments for drop off/pick up of their storage units.. they were late both times on separate days and not by minutes we are talking hours! So if your looking to find tune logistics in whatever project you are attempting maybe go with a company that can keep proper timing. And show up when they say they will show up! One star for "The Storage Box" Windsor.

From the start to the end of the process everything was great. I'm not bilingual and by phone they took their time to gave all the instruction. The process is perfect! At the drop-off their was an issue in the driveway and the driver Chris (I thought) took his time to do the process with a great attitude and safety. He was very kind. Just to say that it was the 2nd time and it the best company

We have used The Storage Box twice now. Once to move household items to another house and once to store furniture during remodeling. Both times they were very helpful knowledgeable and very polite and prompt. Would highly recommend!

The staff at the Storage Box were wonderful to deal with. They answered all of my questions, delivered/picked up on time and didn't charge me for days the box wasn't used after I unloaded. The daily rate was also reasonable. I highly recommend for anyone moving or looking for temporary storage space.

We leveraged The Storage Box to move from home home to another and we made it so that we uncluttered our home for our house listing, had it stored by The Storage Box, then they brought it to the new home for unloading and pick up again. They were on time and their services were exactly what were described. It was also very easy to get a hold of them on the phone and everything was explained simply and to our satisfaction.

Delivery and pick up was seamless. And great communication through the process. Large bins and well insulated especially in the hot summer sun.

Their team went above and beyond as apparently I had dropped my credit card and they found it when picking up the bin and placed it securely in a hidden spot and followed up twice with me to make sure I found it.

We were doing a renovation of our garage and shed and needed to store all of our equipment. Everything was seamless from the first phone call to the drop off of a shiny clean box to the pick up. Would highly recommend to anybody needing short-term storage.

They always made the changes promptly when I changed the date of delivery. They phoned before they arrived. I found it amazing how they get it back on their truck. Great experience overall. Current service was excellent and very helpful. We were moving out of our house and into a new home and the company was very accommodating and understanding. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend NOT to use this company as they drop the bin right in front of the loading Dorr which meant we could not use the loading her and had to bring all items through front door. Call DOMINIC to tell him of the situation and he said we will move the bin and change you another 90.00 dollars then when we pick it up we will charge you another 90.00 again. They drop off in wrong areas just so they have to come back and move it again and charge more money. I told him he was scaming an 85 yr old woman and he didn't care!!!. I argued with him on the phone to fix his problem and all he did was shout while I had 5 was paying 5 people to hand bomb the storage box ,instead of using the carts that we rented. DOMINIC should not own a business as he does not know how to solve any problem professionally without charging his customers more money. They drop off a box in Lasalle in two hands cap spots to which they were not suppose to and thought it was ok to,so that they could charge more people extra money to move it as well. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR SENIOUR PARENTS!!!

Very easy process. The girls that answer the phone and take the booking were friendly and knowledgeable. The drivers were amazing….helpful, courteous and on time per schedule. They provided a Clean spacious storage box which really made it convenient to move. Would highly recommend and would use this company again.

This is the second time I have used this company and I can say I am overly impressed. The people in the office are so helpful and very pleasant to talk to, ready to help in anyway that is possible. The delivery drivers are professional, they will try and put the container were you want it. The driver/operator are great operators the operator that brought our container and picked it up was a very smooth and gentle operator. The containers are clean and in very good shape. Very happy with there service.

We recently rented a bin while basement work was completed. The bin was pristine upon delivery and insulated to protect our belongings. Highly recommend this company and service!

The Storage Box Company has a great team that worked with me through me renovations at home. Delivery and removal went smooth. The only issue I had was having to buy a special lock for the box from them which was $20 plus tax. Tried using my own, but it was too big. Guess I can sell to the next rental box owner. Other than that, good experience and good pricing.

We were able to arrange the rental of a box last minute. We were able to access our box whenever we asked and they arranged delivery to the house when asked for the next day. All contacts with the staff who were pleasant and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend the Storage Box.

We enjoyed having it here with us. It did come with a weird smell but it’s probably from sitting in the yard for a while before it get used. Made sure to send it but nice and clean with a nice smell haha. I did a good job taking care of it. It also kept our stuff safe. We had a lock on it, which was unbreakable hard to get through with the padlock they had to hide the lock. We got the 16’ft box with the insulated walls it was very nice. We had it because our basement was under repair from a flood back in August. I totally recommend this company honestly, the most helpful in every way even if you missed a payment they were able to help you because they were all understanding and respectful. I had no issues with this company. Everyone was so nice thank you so much. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
