Got stranded with a broken lock from a different careless locksmith and Javier seriously came in to the rescue and replaced our door handle & lock, and rekeyed the new lock in less than 10 mins.
I got lock out of my car on Saturday night so I was very nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a company to come. I called two other companies before that went to voicemail so I got even more nervous.
Third call I got to London Lockout Service which answer right away and were able to inform that technician will arrive shortly. Half an hour later The technician arrived, 10 min later I was on my way to meet my friends with a huge smile on my face. Thank you guys for helping !

Had these guys out twice and both times (re-key two separate locks) they arrived within hours, once during the pandemic. Super efficient and friendly. They responded quickly via email and honored their coupons both times, the second time without me asking and/or remembering I had used one for the first visit. They are very honest, don't try to up-sell you on services, and have terrific customer service. Kennette and Chris were my techs. Will absolutely use them again.
Jonathan from London Lockout Service was very professional and helpful in opening my car door. Especially during the pandemic he was very conscious of social distance and also came within 30 minutes of us calling and my car was opened in the next 5-10 minutes. Great service would use again!

Quick response. Very professional and expert service. Prices probably not the cheapest but seem in line with other companies. The locksmith who came out to our place--Jonathan--was quick, friendly and knowledgeable.
