LCMC Health Primary Care – Lapalco provides comprehensive primary care for adults in Harvey, the Westbank, and the greater New Orleans area.
Dr. Magaly Sotres and her team from the Hispanic Health Center (Centro Hispano de Salud) are now seeing patients at our Lapalco clinic. The former Hispanic Health Center location at West Jefferson Medical Center has officially relocated, and we’re proud to continue serving our Hispanic community at this convenient Westbank location.
Our services include annual physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management (including diabetes and hypertension), women’s health, sick visits, immunizations, and routine health screenings—all delivered with compassionate, personalized care close to home. New patients are always welcome.
