Cheryl entered into health care as a teenager and continues to be a life-long learner. She has worked in a variety of specialties, including ICU, home health, palliative care, adult primary care as a nurse practitioner, and now has found her "home" working in mental health. Cheryl has also been a Certified Yoga Teacher for 20 years and has created programs in Cardiac Rehab and for trauma survivors.
