Genesis Performance & Fitness Center is a 6000 sq. ft. private Personal Training Studio offering motivational group and one on one training sessions, healthy and effective solutions to weight and fat loss, dietary and nutritional assistance, building strength, flexibility and more. We work with every individual to provide the kind of programs that are right for you and meet your specific goals. Regardless of age, gender, fitness level or ability, we will assist you in feeling better and living the healthy lifestyle you deserve! At Genesis Gym Cumming we focus on Small Group Personal Training with groups ranging from 2 to a maximum of 12 clients. We prefer to train small groups instead of larger groups so we may focus on each individual client during every workout. We don’t want anyone to feel left out while working with us. Each workout is designed with proper progressions and regressions to fit all fitness levels. For those who prefer, we also offer Private One on One Training.
