Every year millions of people are suffering from depression, addicted to alcohol and legal and illegal drugs, manifesting pain and disease in their own bodies, and more often than you’d think, committing suicide. Sometimes its simply a matter of not being happy with their lives. All of this is the result of stress.
In my 20 years as a massage therapist and as a Life Coach Ive found that most of my clients are stressed out for one reason or another, whether it be about their job, money, their relationships ( including with yourself), their health. The great news is that you have the power to change that.
