After spending years in the fast food, factory, and retail industries struggling to pay bills, Vickie Ketron was beaming with enthusiasm in the moments leading up to her interview with Globe Life Liberty National Division. However, it wasn't until her interviewer uttered one particular phrase that Vickie's excitement reached a boiling point. The phrase? "Get paid what you're worth and earn according to your efforts," Vickie recalls. "So I joined the Company," she says, "and I've made more money here than I could've ever imagined." A little more than four years later and following a stint as Rookie Agency Owner in 2010, Vickie - who is quick to point out has no college education - found herself the Globe Life Liberty National Division Agency Owner in Knoxville, Tennessee.
