We have worked with adults of all ages for the past 20 years. We specialize in two specific areas. Our areas of expertise are helping to support and guide your decision making and help manage individuals with chronic health conditions. This may include a new cancer diagnosis, autoimmune disorder, neurodegenerative condition, serious cardiac problem or dementia. We provide education on your health problems and help you identify the pros and cons of treatment options.
