The Pilates Studio provides expert Pilates instruction to clients of all ages. The instructors are Polestar Pilates Practitioners and certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. We provide individualized private instruction, small group sessions, group mat, and group apparatus classes. The studio is a a Polestar Pilates affiliate and hosts Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Trainings & continuing education courses for Polestar Pilates and OOV Education. Our clients experience more freedom of movement in their lives. The teachers here are at the forefront of helping clients reach their movement and fitness goals.
