Hi, I'm Mary M Garcia, LIMHP, LPC and my mission is to convey love and compassion and connect with you to bring understanding and hope to motivate you towards improved knowledge, health, and wellness. I am here to hold space for you and truly hear your struggle and how it may be impacting you. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with emphasis on emotion focused and attachment theory. Together we will develop a plan to move forward whether it is grief, anxiety, a traumatic event, anger, life transitions or other concerns. I work with individuals, couples and families.
