Fabricland, Mississauga Reviews (3)
After reading the two posted reviees, I reluctantly went to this location because the store by my home did not carry a wide selection of nursery/lullaby/quilting fabric
The lady that served me was extremely patient, cooperative and helpful throughout the time I was in the store (approx 1 hour)
She went out of her way to find matching/complimentary fabric for the panel I choose plus provided assistance with the weight of batting to purchase
I am not sure what attitude the other two reviewers entered the store with but as the saying goes "you get what you give"
I would like the owner and manager to know that this lady has made a believer of me that 'customer service' is alive and well and can be found at this location

I agree with the earlier comment about the staff rudeness at the John St. Fabricland location in Mississauga.
I've been there a total of 3 times and have encountered terrible service. Oddly enough, the staff was basically the same people each time I've gone.
I'm new to sewing so I'm not familiar with terms, how fabric is sold (what length, etc.) and general sewing jargon. You'd think they'd be helpful to encourage buyers to come back and buy more, but no, they are the snippiest biddies on earth!!!
By no means was I rude to them during each visit but they have been condescending and rude each time. Terrible service! Never returning again!!!!

I went to buy fabric for my daughter's crib set yesterday... None of the ladies at the Mississauga location helped... I had some questions about where to find bumper pads and finally when i managed to find one person, she was very rude... I think the entire team in that store was awful... the cashier as well as the ladies who were cutting the fabric.. Trust me, I was in the store for over an hour. It's very sad because fabricland carries such a large selection...
