The academic facility is located within the England Industrial Airpark & Community in Alexandria and easily accessible to major highways connecting the various parishes of central Louisiana. Upper Iowa University has articulation agreements with Central Louisiana Technical Community College, Bossier Parish Community College and a host of others to assist transfer students.
