We love Benjamin Chaise & Associates!! They collected most of our past due accounts (15 out of 16). Big or small, they tackle everything down for us. They have the best staff in the industry. BCA will never let you down!

I recently paid off the debt that I had on collections. All BCA's staff that assisted me were courteous. At first, I did not know which way to go, but after speaking with BCA and helping me see how I could manage, I was able to pay my entire debt. I appreciate all the options provided, and customer service was definitely five stars.

If you are looking to have someone be straight up with you about the chances of recovery; this is the company to hire. Even though they didn’t collect, I appreciate the fact that they told me that I might as well forget about it as the debtor is judgment proof (meaning you can’t collect from him). Well my attorney could of told me that instead of charging me $1,700 to send out demand letters and do some “research.”
