I wouldn't be rating at all but it wants me to rate it so I give only one star, but they don't deserve it. I while ago I wrote in and asked if they would offer me an initial discount as I have a student status with card at Niagara College. A lady wrote back to me putting me and people of Welland down in general saying that we need to take responsibility to pay full price for things. Apparently XFitness owners do not like the people of Welland.. Sooooo.... Why is your business in Welland. Pack up and go to Niagara on the lake or Fonthill then where others are stuck up and put those who have less than them down.

If anyone wants to see the email she sent me just let me know. Its disgusting and unprofessional.
