I paid a deposit and was put a a waiting list. I asked and put in the paperwork to be given 2 weeks notice before they started to clear some brush. I was not given any notification. Kyle said they would clear the brush so there would not any delays. They cleared a small portion of the brush. Without notifying me they went ahead and placed posts some of which were over 5,' away from my property line to avoid the brush. I spoke with Kyle and he stated once I cleared the brush he would come with different crew and make it right. The crew showed up without Kyle. The crew was not happy and didn't try to hide it about redoing the post. The concrete mix was more water than concrete. They never filled the holes from the previous posts the dog stepped in one of the holes injured her leg. She was taken to the Vet and still hasn't recovered we are hoping she won't require surgery. There were multiple problems, poor workmanship and poor communication. It seemed as if the crew were intentionally doing a poor job because they had to redo the posts. A very large expense for a bad job.
