Fraudulent advertising, extremely rude staff, pushy sales. The decent facilities are not nearly worth the shit you'll have to go through with these people.
They try to pressure you into buying diet or trainer programs and when you don't they will start insulting you and tell you that you will accidentally kill yourself without their help.
Their pricing is outright fraudulent as they tell you one thing and then turn around and charge another, staff members constantly contradict themselves and once your money is in their pockets its good as gone, regardless of what they tell you about refund options or 'time credits'.
There are better workout places out there, stay away from this dump.

I agree .. we went to the danforth location and the sales guy must have been a "used-cars salesman" before. Pushy and rude. In the end, (once we were fed up with his whole game) we left with words "thank you, we will think about it" as suppose "forget it we are never coming back" ... and he rudely replied with an insult that I shouldnt make excuses for myself to get in a shape! hahaha ... was that suppose to be a motivational leave-behind? :-)
Is unbelievable, after the sold me my year membership, and I got 2 hours of "training" the instructor was a 20 year old high on pot (yes, he told me so) and bad wrapped the organization and told me the only reason for these training time "included" in the membership is to sell me trainings... after I bring this issue to the manager, as head office never replied, I never got any written apoloigies, explanation, the mamager, who is extremely nice guy, just told me if I want another "training" to make up for this... and obviously, it was the "trainers" fault, nopt the organization. The only branch I really like is mine, but so far the other ones I have been to are not nice. I didn't accepted the training he offered.
