The facility itself is impressively clean and well-maintained, giving me peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored in a safe environment. I also appreciated the security features in place; it’s clear they take safety seriously.

One of the highlights for me was the convenient loading dock located close to my unit. It made moving my items in and out so much easier! Accessibility is a big plus here, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

What start out as a good experience ended in disaster, the customer service was good at on-boarding, however facility break out in rat infestation and they did not notify me. All I had in my unit was furniture, clothes and small house hold items. On August 25, 2024 I went to retrieve my stuff only to find rat urine and poop on everything, there was also a dead rat. I had to throw out some of my things. I made a formal complaint on August 27 and to date this has not being acknowledged. As a customer I uphold my responsibility however, the company did not give me the service quality and they think they can get away with not addressing concerns.

I would not recommend anyone to use this storage facility.
As long as the get your money that is all that matters to them
