Cape Cod Healthcare’s 12-week Cardiac Rehabilitation program is part of our continuum of care, following you from diagnosis through recovery. At our Cardiac Rehabilitation location in Falmouth MA, under the guidance of cardiologist and cardiac nurses, our cardiac rehab specialists will work with you to develop a rehabilitation program customized to meet your unique needs.
