Excellent office staff, helpful and friendly. Storage unit was dry, clean, no issues. First 4 weeks were free and we only needed the unit for that period of time so we just paid the admin fee. Good company!

I was absolutely blown away by the service at Access Storage! The person I spoke with on the phone originally was phenomenal! They were super friendly and helpful! The person said I would be hearing from the Woodstock office to confirm, and they were so prompt I got the call almost immediately after speaking with them. I went in the next day to purchase my lock and complete the paper work, and was even further impressed by the service I received from Sandra & Kelly! I really look forward to the ongoing excellent service, and will definitely be recommending Access Storage to anyone I know that requires a storage unit. Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do for me while renting your space.
