I’m so happy we chose cubeit for our move. They worked with our schedule to drop off and pick up because we were moving in the winter with some inclement weather. The driver who dropped the cubes off at our new house was fantastic! He made sure they didn’t encroach on the sidewalk, while leaving us enough room to walk between, and open the doors fully at the garage. Our move was so much easier with cubeit! I’ll never rent a U-Haul or storage room again

I’m so happy with Cubeit. I did my research and they were the least expensive storage option, with the best customer service. We had the same driver pick-up and drop-off our containers. He navigated dropping one container off in a blizzard! I 100% recommend and will use them again if we move.

So far, I have rented 2 CubeIt storage units in order to move the contents of our home. I have to say that I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the customer service I have received! The calls, the ordering process and the check-ins by Marc went very smoothly! I had to change the end date of the drop off and Kristen was very quick to respond. I connected by phone and email. again - no issues what so ever!

Big thank you to everyone at Cubeit.. Bryan, Marc, Eddie, Chris, Catherine, literally every single person I've spoken to is amazing there! They've got quite the team! The process was easy and detailed, I appreciated every update along the way. I had to reschedule my relocation a few times due to delays and weather and they made me feel confident in choosing Cubeit the whole way. They are so friendly and easy to talk to. My experience with Cubeit has been overall positive with some hiccups. My initial contact with the agents was pleasant as everyone is very kind. And the drivers are punctual and lovely to talk to!

However, my initial review was more critical as there were some miscommunication and issues with the newer agents, but upon speaking with a knowledgeable agent, they were able to sort things out. But what I found most impressive with Cubeit was their customer service. It wasn't long after posting my review that a manager contacted me wanting to know why my experience was not what I'd hoped for - this is where Cubeit shined. There was no judgment as they listened to the pros and cons, but rather a desire to understand where Cubeit could do better. As someone who's worked extensively in customer service, I was very impressed!

Overall, I feel Cubeit redeemed themselves. You can't beat the service and convenience (especially when you're moving and have a fast closing date) of having a company deliver, store, and redeliver your things. Their customer service truly is better than the other guys. Thank you for helping us with move into the next chapter of our lives :)

I had an amazing experience with Cubeit Storage! From the first call to the final pickup, everything was smooth and professional.

The team was courteous, on time, and made the whole process easy. The delivery driver placed the container exactly where I needed it, with great care for my driveway and space. The container itself was spotless, sturdy, and surprisingly roomy — it easily fit all my belongings and kept everything safe, even through some heavy rain.

What I loved most was the flexibility: being able to pack at my own pace took all the stress out of moving. Pickup was just as efficient, and the pricing was clear and very fair — no surprises at all.

Cubeit turned a usually stressful task into a calm, organized experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs convenient, reliable storage or a moving solution. Thanks to the whole team for making it so easy!

I just had an amazing experience with CubeIt. I called to book several portable storage units, all at different rural locations. The representative, Bailee was so attentive, so thorough and highly professional. We were on the call for over an hour and Bailee made sure that all of the information was correct, and that the unit placement would meet our needs. They are also running an amazing referral program right now and a promotion which saved us some money. This was the best booking experience I have ever had and I'm so glad we chose CubeIt! The online information and immediate quote was very helpful. I received a follow-up phone call the same day from an actual person (not a chatbot, which was very nice!) and have had email confirmations regarding receipt of my initial payment and delivery details. I have not had the unit delivered yet, but everything in the booking has gone effortlessly.

Personable and able to answer all of my questions. Did a good job of explaining how I can minimize my costs by communicating timelines as soon as plans change. I also appreciated receiving the information on exercising my option to have my tenant assume the lease as they are relocating and wanted to keep the contents in storage rather than having the storage unit returned to the original drop off and pickup location.

I was referred by a friend and from the beginning to end clear communication was poor, resulting in me having to pay for help/movers x2.

Edit:

After speaking with Jackie I would highly suggest management go over customer service basics as I was told “sorry you don’t remember” and told me how my experience went.

I’m blown away as a business owner myself in how I was spoken to let alone told I would be contacted and still have yet to me contacted.
