From the get-go Access Storage was an absolute gem. The reserve centre was flawless, the process couldn’t have gotten down smoother explaining each plan and each deal to your particular situation to really ensure you’re taken care of was really a breath of fresh air. Coming in person, somehow it got even better with Kathy and Nicole second you step in you’re welcomed with a very warm and inviting vibe and ends with nothing but smiles. The storage facility is super clean, 10-10 and the staff is very accommodating. If you’re in the market for storage look no further!

Kathy and Nicole were both absolutely delightful! Not only were they super helpful with the process but were also super kind and fun to talk to! I would in fact make it a point to come and see them when I pick up and drop off my storage items just because they are so pleasant!

Hello! After using the storage unit for a few weeks, I'm pleased to say that Kathy Callahan's service was consistently first-rate. She was always understanding with me. The items that are kept there are quite secure. I'm glad I had such excellent service, and if I ever needed to return, I would most certainly do so.

I required a clean, climate controlled, secure storage locker that was accessible 24/7 on short notice. A friend suggested Access Storage and this location was able to assist me. The friendly staff were able to find me an appropriate locker for an economical price, without committing to a long term contract.

Both Nicole and Kathy were beyond helpful with advising what storage unit would be best suited for my family. They took time to show us options and let us know the best deals available. Highly recommend them for any storage needs!

I may be needing short term storage and I went to the location on Maple as it is nearby. I was warmly greeted by Kathy and Nicole and had a nice chat about locker sizes and pricing. Kathy was extremely gracious to show me multiple units so that I could more accurately envision what I need to store in the various sized spaces.
The building is very clean and is easy to move around with ample elevator and loading bay facilities.

I was provided detailed information about requirements, fees and the process, and had all my questions answered. All with great humour, thoroughness and friendly, professional demeanors.

I'm not sure when I will need the locker but I know for sure where I'll be going when I do.

Great team to work with! Right from the start they were able to answer all of our questions and suggested exactly what we needed. Facilities are clean and secure, we never had an issue accessing our unit or working with the team.

I didn’t use the storage as they didn’t have indoor storage for vehicles at this particular site. But the customer service at front desk by Kathy is impeccable. A warm and charming person and always greeting with a smiling face. She took the time to understand my storage requirement and worked towards a solution, talking to other locations and she provided me with the information where vehicle storage is available. It was very helpful and saved me a lot of time surfing through the web and finding for locations. Thank you Kathy for your service and hope to use this storage site at some point in the future.

If you are looking for storage, this is the perfect place you wanna go, because very nice storage with very reasonable price. Especially, very very kind and sweet employees during whole time talking to them. (Kathy, and Nicole are wonderfully kind and helped with everything I need) I highly recommend to use this storage and I will definitely come back to use this storage if I need to use storage again. Not going anywhere else. She said she loves my sweater, and I would have given my sweater to her just because they are super super nice to me, and i would come visit here just to talk to them because they are very fun to talk to. They seemed like very happy with the job and very engaging. I really appreciate to them for welcoming me and helping me.
