Best prices, super clean and easy to use, I really like the small 5x10 storage in the second floor, which has very high celing, I was able to put all my stuff from a 2 room aparment.

Great place overall, some units are smaller than listed size, but you can ask for a ruler to verify or request a different unit.

The staff at the location in Bedford are wonderful. Very helpful and attentive. Showed me so many options for storage so that I had an informed choice.

We are first time users of a storage facility. The manager, Dean was knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help and understanding our needs. A great experiment so far.

This is my first time using Access Storage's units. Needed somewhere to store my miata for the winter. They had a great deal they were offering; which is why I picked them; and they were able to get me another offer on top of the other offer. Love the fact they are 24/7. Another big bonus that it is heated. Their staff are super helpful, friendly and explained everything out really well. I'll definitely be renting from them again in the future! Highly recommend!

Rented storage for a large unit for four months. Their lock repeatedly jams and left me on several occasions trying to open door for 30 minutes. Location to access the storage units is unlevel and you have to exert much effort to get your stuff on the trolley into the unit. Charged me for an extra month when I asked for one week prorated since they decided to bill before the end of the month. Do not recommend, please choose another storage facility.

The whole process from start to finish was quick and easy. The employees were great and answered my questions, showed me around and we started moving boxes right away. The location is convenient, secure and very clean.

The place is very clean and feel secured. The staff there was kind and helped us set up an account online so we can enjoy our 4-weeks-free promotion.

SUPER SERVICE and this is why: After renting a space sight unseen moving from Quebec to Nova Scotia, we discovered when we arrived on site that the unit rented over the phone was not up to par, further more it was Victoria day and the offices were closed. Well, the manager of the Bedford facility, on his day off, came to check the site in Dartmouth and managed to provide us with a more suitable unit for my needs at another location. They went above and beyond to help us out on a holiday. On site, they were very accommodating and even offered to help me load a few boxes in my vehicle.
Very nice people and they offered great customer service.

Aside from the incredibly clean facilities, I was super impressed with the amazing customer service I received from superstars Aleena and Dene!!! Both were courteous and super efficient going out of their way to make sure I had everything sorted. Kudos and thank you for all you do!!!

I’ve never used storage unit before, they walked me through the whole process easy. every time I went into pick up at wrapping paper and boxes. They were so helpful in every way. I just started using Access Storage and I'm really satisfied with the service! It all began with a quick phone call to reserve a unit, and then I visited this morning to finalize the paperwork. Aleena was super helpful and professional, answering all my questions efficiently. Her colleague also chipped in, which really sped things up for me. After sorting out the paperwork, Aleena gave me the code and lock (a paid one), and even took the time to show me the unit and explain how to use the facilities. Thanks for a great experience, highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and helpful and upfront. The unit was clean and easily accessed.

What an amazing experience. Aleena was just terrific and so warm. She made everything a breeze. I forgot the other person's name but he was also an amazing person. They helped me out..guided me..even threw in a free padlock.

A big shout out to both of them for everything. They went above and beyond which you rarely see in the world these days!

I had an emergency situation, and had to empty the contents of my home. Within minutes I had a storage space secured and ready to go! Less than 24 hours later, I'm all done! These guys are fast and friendly!
