Staff were great. with all the snow, parking areas were as clear as could be. Warm greeting when we walked in.

Went with a friend to sign up for short term storage.
The manager Denise was awesome. Explained everything in detail, gave us a tour. Top notch

My goal was to have access to a.storage unit in the city i was picking items up from as I wasn't sure what needed to be removed from the home I was trying to empty. At the ned of the day I did not know if I wpuld need it but reserved it to be safe. There was a very small charge of about 25 bucks. And then the month was free. I didn't use it and when canceled it was no problem. So I was able to reserve it and use it for a month which served my purposes at a 25 dollar rate. It wpuld have increased to the regular monthly fee after if I had kept it. But what a great way to do things. And no Hassel when I chose to not keep it. Was an email and a thank ypu back and forth. All done over the phone and email. Couldn't have been easier and gave me piece of mind without paying a huge fee. Thank you

I wanted a large locker close to the entrance and lucked in to one with an outside door. It was clean and heated. The real treat was the pleasant manager Denise. I had one issue when the door latch did not catch securely and she immediately got maintenance in to fix the issue.

Went above and beyond when we had something of a storage emergency. They were beyond polite, friendly, and helpful.

We were shown the units and had everything explained to us very clearly. Very clean. Staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Notes of interest:
This building in particular runs on a 13-month calendar originally devised by Auguste Comte in 1849. Please take note as this means you'll need to keep a closer eye on payment dates.
Staff are always helpful and although generally busy will get to you promptly and when able.
Dual digital locks for entry purposes make for a secure facility and heated ramp ensures safety during colder months.

Denise Kelly at the Orillia location was incredible. I would highly recommend anyone in that area to see her first for all of your storage needs. She is kind, compassionate and very customer oriented. Thank you, Denise for all that you do. You’re a huge asset to the company.

Great Customer Service from Denise in Orillia...continued great customer service from Denise. Every time we went to the storage faciltiy, if we saw Denise, she would greet us with warm, friendly conversation, and all our storage needs were met. I used access storage in orillia back in 2018 for good 3 years then I got my own place so I didn’t need to use them anymore for almost 3 years then something came up and I needed them again and now I am back. I love all the updates that they have done to the place since the first time being here. It is a clean building and has great lighting. The workers are great and they are great to talk too. The best part is when you get your storage unit the works show you around and make sure you know where you need to go and how to use the stuff. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family for sure I know that. I know I will never use any other storage place but access storage that are great. If I had it my way I would give it more then 5 stars.
