Amazing location, and the manager Bongie is an awesome person, very calm, she helped me understand the whole pricing and other policies.
Definitely recommended.

In September, I rented a storage space at your Aerowood Road facility to store my belongings until I could move into my house in December.
When the movers and I picked the boxes and items up in December, I noticed that there was rat and mouse feces all over everything. It was disgusting, I had to wash everything I could as soon as I got it unpacked and hoped that there were no mice or rats nests inside the boxes. Many items of clothing were stained and will have to be dry cleaned. I did discuss it with an employee at the time who offered to give me some kind of a credit MasterCard but I would prefer cash or e-transfer because I will have to have these items professionally cleaned. Please help rectify this.
Additionally:
I bought the insurance for my items as well. Every time i visited the site, it was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting. I couldn't access storage at night either. The company owes him a credit for paying in advance. It was not a good experience. Access on Aerowood was not his first choice for storage e
ither but was recommended by the mover.

Note: As of June 30 2025 no one has bothered to contacted us.

My friend was moving and she asked me to go and supervise the movers who were fantastic and everything went well in access. Storage, what a great place that we have. We can store our stuff in. Very clean

This place is very clean and well maintained. Nisha helped us today and she was super friendly and helped answer all of our questions. We have 3 units here and the prices are very reasonable!

Can't access my storage!! Drove to front and front manager ran off closing the open sign at 330pm on a Tuesday.

Code provided is not working and no1 is answering my calls to any of the lines,

I found the lady very helpful the day I rented the space 10 x 10. My only complaint is the four-wheel dolly or moving platform, that they loan you the front wheels keep binding and you cannot turn the unit once you put some type of weight on and I never really overloaded it.

Easy process to get storage including remote check in. Don’t need to be onsite. Went to the 24 hour storage on a Saturday at 11:00pm to access storage for the first time. Very easy process once get access code and storage number. Could have done it at 2:00am.
