I am extremely satisfied with Access Storage services, very clean and spacious storage units. Staff are very professional, helpful and polite, especially Sarah who assisted me several times through the process and changing my access storage code, she swiftly responded to my e-mails and was of great help. I highly recommend this Storage and ask for Sarah if you want things done quickly.

Miruna and Sarah are amazing! Super friendly, always smiling, and really takes the time to make sure you understand everything. The space is spotless, smells lovely, and feels really safe and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Miruna, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment I walked in, her kindness and patience stood out. My boyfriend and I are moving. We went in yesterday just to do some research and was pleasantly surprised. The prices are amazing and staff does work with us to ensure we get what we need with a reasonable price. We met Miruna yesterday and not only was she pleasant to speak to, she was more than happy to answer all my silly little questions. Moving has taken a toll on me and has been stressful. Plus the packing supplies she mentioned will be so helpful for us when we move next month. Definitely check this place out.

Honestly, such a nice and welcoming environment. I had called yesterday needing help with my grandpas unit as he was in hospice. I think her name was Miruna, but she was super lovely to speak to on the phone and her manager Sarah, was just as helpful. I had went in as well to make a payment for my grandpas storage and the girls were super nice and kind. The girl in the black sweater was super cute and adorable as well.

Sarah answered any questions or concerns regarding the unit rental process clearly, quickly and honestly. This is the 3rd time I've booked a unit at this Access Storage facility, I shop around but I always come back because of their competetive rates, security, modern units and easy access any time. They also have any supplies that I may require for moving or storage.
Sarah, Phoenix, and the rest of the staff I delt with are the main reason why I keep coming back to Access Storage and this location.

My experience with everything especially Sarah the manager was absolutely wonderful! She is kind and compassionate to your needs. The storage Unit was easy to access, 27/7 and clean! Being able to park inside away from the elements to unload and load my cherished belongings was one of the best parts of deciding to store my belongings there. They had dolly's to take belongings to my storage unit and my first 4 weeks were free! Thank you Sarah, manager this was an easy decision to store my belongings with your location !

There was only 1 time the elevators were out, and they worked diligently to get them up and running. The place is very clean, and the staff was fantastic. Always ready to help when needed.

Amazing facility. State of the art loading area that can even accomodate 53' trailers. The loading docks are also great asset if you are using storage for your business. Building is super clean and bright. Staff is amazing too. Justin is super helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!
