The staff at this branch are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. The storage unit provided to me is well-sized, heated, and near the roll-up door, making it convenient for me to access the unit.

Worst experience with customer service. I spoke to their team over four times about getting an outdoor parking spot. I provided all the details about my vehicle, and they assured me there was a spot available, and I could secure it whenever I wanted. However, when I arrived at the location, they told me there was no parking spot for my vehicle due to its dimensions. They completely wasted my time and disrupted my plans for two weeks.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff were knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which added an extra layer of peace of mind knowing my belongings are in good hands.

I casually entered my details in their website and 5 minutes later I get a call from the location manager Samira. She was very courteous and helpful on-site and gave us a great deal that we couldn't refuse. Additionally, another on-site manager Towkir gave us a 10% discout to sweeten up the deal.
Overall a great initial experience.

Towkir was an absolute gem of a guy. 10/10 service from him. He explained every option to us and made sure to help us pick the best option that worked for us.
