The woman I spoke with was very kind. I called at 455 pm to change the date I needed unit and to finalize the contract. She spent 15 minutes past closing time so I could pay, sign the online contract, modify my start date , etc. I was very glad she did this as the company moving my baby grand piano and couch wanted to do it the next day which was a Saturday when the storage is not open. Thank you for staying the extra time to explain it all to me and ensuring I could access the unit the following day.

Great staff made the process of getting the right sized unit easy. Great features like automated billing and payment. Access is secured with code for entry and exit. The units are clean and are well lit. The only con is I had to buy one of the special locks for the storage unit door but have no use for it once I leave. It would be nice to be able to return the lock and get even half of what I paid for it back. Other than that an overall great experience.

Been renting with this company for a number of months now. Check in process is so easy the units are great, they are clean and with lighting. The site staff is awesome always looking to help. Probably the best storage company I have ever used in the 40 plus yrs I have used storage. Thanks again and keep up the great work

Absolutely the best, most personalized and professional experience I’ve ever had with a storage company. The units are very clean, dry and your possessions will be safe. The front office Manager and staff is so pleasant to deal with, always ready to problem solve should anything come up. Definitely 10/10 would recommend. Five stars all the way.

Great service thus far. We haven’t even loaded our items into the storage yet, since it was just yesterday that we signed the agreement. With that said, we feel that we’ve made the right choice. Although their prices may appear higher than average…. It’s not always about that. I feel safe leaving my valuables in their possession.

Had a great experience renting from this location to facilitate a recent move. I was able to rent from mid-month to mid-month no problem. No hidden fees, and I got a great deal (and free lock) due to a promotion they had running.

Very well run. Clean and tidy. Only thing that is tough is that the doors are stiff. Need to be able to lift them. Rest is very good.

This company is top-notch.
I found myself in a time sensitive, urgent matter of needing a fairly inexpensive and safe and clean place to store my sentimental items and belongings. Not only did Access storage meet ALL my needs, they charged me $28.32 tax included for a whole month, I dealt with a manager at Bongard location and she was an absolute godsend. I had an indoor storage locker it was clean, warm and I had more than enough room.

PS I was treated with the upmost respect and I'm beyond satisfied.

Oh, yeah, I almost forgot, their complementary coffee was free and super delightful, thanks Maria, your the best, Kimm Walsh.
