Access storage in Wasaga is amazing. The guys that work there are extremely helpful and always polite. The grounds are kept very clean and well maintained.
I needed a place to store my motorhome after returning from Arizona in April. Access Storage in Wasaga Beach had one spot left. Manager Dan was very helpful getting me set up and moved in. I would recommend this business for your storage needs.
This facility had the best promotions and rates that I could find in the area (I researched 7-8 different storage facilities throughout Wasaga Beach & Collingwood). Dan, the facility manager, is very friendly and helpful. The facility is easy to access and the reservation process was simple and efficient. I’d recommend access storage to anyone in need of a storage facility!
Wasaga Beach Storage was a great experience. The manager on duty was courteous, friendly and helpful whenever we required his services. Our controlled temp unit was always the right temp and in mint condition. Extremely easy to get in and out with our keypad code. Grounds were always kept neat. Thank you.
Friendly & helpful. I took advantage of a deal for first 12 weeks. A friend who owns a storage facility said this was a great deal and I should go for it. My 10‘ x 10‘ heated space was perfect for my needs. Location was fantastic. Close to home with 24/7 access. I was able to access my storage unit even through all the winter storms and snow pileup.

I had a great experience with Access Storage, thanks to Dan’s excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain all the options and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. Plus, the four weeks free promotion was a huge bonus! I highly recommend Access Storage, especially if you get the chance to work with Dan. He truly goes above and beyond!

I called to get some information on storage and told the representative i would physically come in to see what I am working with and had their customer service call me every second day harrassing me leaving me messages. Not impressed and turned off to the whole establishment. Too bad, you would have gained a customer.
Dan was a pleasure to deal with. Great facility. Lockers kept in grat condition and clean and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Access Storage Wasage Beach
I highly recommend this place to store any of your personal items. Very Friendly and courteous staff always willing to help. Keep great communication with the customer and very clean units. DAN is a great employee of their company to deal with highly recommended. I stored my personal 2002 Thunderbird never had a problem.
Dan is is extremely polite, informative, helpful with a very positive attitude. The initial sign up process was straightforward and transparent. I've had units with several other companies in the past and my experience at this facility has been by far the best. Nice clean well run place and great units that I ld recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Awesome to deal with. The representative kindly and patiently processed our request for a unit. The unit was very clean upon arrival at it. We now no longer need the unit and we got the same kind and knowledgeable reception as ten months ago. Our experience was great due to 24/7 access and fantastic security also....DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and will use it again if the occasion arises. Thank you for everything.
